Ticketing Policies

All sales to ticketed events are final. The Center Box Office has a strict No Refunds Policy that is enforced for every ticketed event at The Center Theater. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by management. In such a case that a production is cancelled, ticket buyers will be notified and offered a refund. Any refunds processed exclude the $3 surcharge per ticket which is not refundable in any capacity.

The Center Box Office does not exchange tickets to different events. In the occasion where an event has multiple performances, depending on the patrons issue, we can exchange their tickets to another performance of the SAME event. If the ticket price of the new performance is less expensive, no refund is issued. If the ticket price of the new event is more expensive, than the patron must pay the balance. All exchanged orders are charged a $3 surcharge per ticket.

  1. Weather Cancellations: In such a case that a production is cancelled, ticket buyers will be notified and handled by management.
  2. If you can't attend, please consider donating your tickets for resale by calling (307) 733-4900. Ticket donations must be received prior to the performance.
  3. Missed Performances: Sorry, we cannot exchange or refund tickets for any missed performance. Always double check your tickets.
  4. Lost Tickets: If we can verify a ticket purchase, we will be happy to reprint your tickets.

Tickets must be paid in full at time of purchase. It may take up to 3 business days to show up on your banking records. You will get an email confirmation upon completion of your online purchases. Tickets should be examined upon receipt.
