WHAT IS THE CENTER’S TAX ID NUMBER?

The Center’s legal name is Community Center for the Arts. We are located in Jackson, Wyoming. The tax identification number is 83-0314362.

WHY IS MY DONATION TO THE CENTER TAX DEDUCTIBLE?

The Center is 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supported by private philanthropy. Because we are a non-profit entity as recognized by the IRS, your donations to The Center are tax deductible.

WHEN SHOULD I MAKE MY GIFT TO THE CENTER?

To make a donation that you can deduct from your taxes for the current year, donate by December 31.

HOW DO I MAKE A GIFT OF STOCK?

The Center accepts gifts of stock through an account with Fidelity. To make a gift of stock, please call The Center Fund at 307.734.8956.

HOW CAN I MAKE A PLANNED GIFT OR BEQUEST TO THE CENTER?

WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY

Center for the Arts requires directors, officers, and employees to observe high ethical standards when conducting their duties and responsibilities. A whistleblower is an employee of The Center who reports an activity in the organization that he/she considers to be illegal, fraudulent or unethical. If an employee has knowledge or concern of an illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activity, he or she should contact the Director, the President of The Center Fund, or the Board of Directors. The employee must exercise good judgment to avoid baseless allegations. An employee who intentionally files a false report of wrongdoing will be subject to discipline up to an including termination. Moreover, the protections of whistleblowers will not include immunity for any personal wrongdoing that is discovered during an investigation.
